Function Principle:

FUNCTION:
The material will be transported out of the hopper (option with level control) by
a conveying system into the weighing pan.The material will be transported in two phases,
rough- and fine dosing.  After reaching the given set weight the weigher waits for an external command which<allows the discharge (e.g. of a press or a packaging machine).  A new
weighing cycle follows automatically.

As conveying systems: belts, vibration channels, vibration belts and screw conveyors.

Gravimetric dosing system for Batch Weigher for
The gravimetric batch weigher for smallest quantities DW 0.1 is a discontinuous
dosing system for granulates, grinding materials and free flowing powder of any kind.
The requirements of accuracy concerning dosing weighers are more and more
important.  The DW 0.1 satisfies these high quality requirements.  The high soluted
electronic weighing obtains an accuracy up to 0.1% for weighing quantities between
0.5g up to 50g ¹⁾.
The compact batch weigher is built-up by a closed solid housing with a removable
macrolon casing.  Therefore an easy access for the cleaning and maintenance work
is guaranteed.  This fact is an advantage if you want to change the product.
As conveying systems belts, vibration channels, vibration belts or screw conveyors
are at your disposal.  All parts which come into contact with the product will be
manufactured of V2A (material no. 1.4301).

Gravimetric dosing systems for granulates and free flowing powder
The gravimetric batch weighers of the series DW are new developed discontinuous
dosing systems for all kinds of bulk materials with batch weights between
5g up to 5000g.
The advantage of the high soluted electronic weighing is the weighing accuracy
up to 0.05%.
All DW dosing systems are low-wear and almost maintenance-free.  The parts
which come into contact with the product are easy to clean.  This fact is an
advantage if you want to change the product.  If requested, all parts which come
into contact with the product will be manufactured of V2A (material no. 1.4301).
