unction Principle:
Tea or dried herbs, friction materials (brake linings and clutch facings),
mixing materials of any kind as well as bad flowing bulk materials.
FUNCTION:
The weighing material will be transported out of the agitator drum (option with level control)
by a conveying system into the weighing pan. For the use of belts or vibration channels we
recommend a screw conveyor and a twirling-stick. The screw conveyor is mounted on the
drum outlet and transports the material to the dosing channel. Afterwards the twirling-stick
equalizes it homogeneously on the dosing channel. The reached constant flow of material
on the dosing unit is the basis for exact weighings.
The material will be transported in two phases, rough and fine dosing.After reaching the given
set weight, the weigher waits for an external command (e. g. of a press or a packaging machine)
which allows the discharge. A new weighing cycle follows automatically.

Gravimetric
dosing system for fibrous friction and mixing materials
The gravimetric batch weighers of the series DW - T are dosing systems
especially developed for mixing- and problem materials.
Depending on the weigher type, the capacities are between 5g up to 5000g
with 12 weighments/min and an accuracy up to 0.05%.
As conveying systems belts, vibration channels, vibration belts or
screw conveyors are at your disposal.
All DW - T dosing systems are low-wear and almost maintenance-free.
The parts which come into contact with the product are easy to clean.
The weighers are additionally provided with a dust protection.
All dosing systems of the series DW - T are also available as double
weighing
units DDW - T, i. e. one agitator drum charges two weighers.
