Weighing and dosing processor for gravimetric weighers
The DPC 3000 is a multifunctional dosing processor for all Engelhardt dosing systems. It is fitted with a bus system which places emphasis on its modular construction. Modules for the control of serveral vibrators, vibration belts and screws motors are at your disposal as well as programmable inputs and outputs for peripheral devices such as collecting or conveying systems and nesting units (coordination tables, turntables)
The parameters will be put in comfortably by a membrane keyboard-protected against power breakdown – and can be read or written by external computers. It is possible to connect several controllers e.g. to set up a master-slave guidance. The DPC 3000 is capable of solving each dosing problem whereby customers specific solutions will be developed by or software specialists.
Different housing designs are at your disposal as well as an external operator panel. It is also practicable to integrate this panel into a central control field.
In accordance with the conventional standards of industrial products the controller implements the valid VDE and CE directives. The kind of protection corresponds
with IP 20 according to DIN 40050.
